At least 24 hours before you fly: telephone the airport parking company to confirm your arrangements, at least 24 hours (and ideally 7 days) before the date of departure. The information you need to give them will include your name and airport parking booking reference, flight numbers and flight times.
What do you do on Arrival?: A driver will meet you at your departure terminal and take your car. Meeting points will be advised by the airport parking company when your contact them. You must contact them if you are going to be late, as the driver will only wait for 15 minutes after the agreed time.
And when I return?: Your will be met by a driver with your car at the terminal.
Disabled passengers: This service is particularly suitable for use by disabled customers. If your car has been specially modified, you should contact the airport car park before you book.

Insurance: All drivers are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored at the car parks detailed, subject to their terms and conditions. You should check your vehicle before leaving the car park.
Additional Services: Car valet, cleaning and servicing may be offered. This should be booked direct with the airport parking company and is subject to availability.
Bank holidays: There may be an additional fee for transfers on Christmas day, Boxing day / New Years day and on all other bank holidays. You will be advised of this by the car park.
