Emergency landing for medical emergency

A plane was forced to make an emergency landing at Edinburgh Airport yesterday over a serious medical emergency for one of its passengers. A man was taken to hospital after the Delta Airlines Boeing 767 landed at about 13:30.
The flight with 216 passengers and 11 crew on board had been flying from Gatwick to Cincinnati when it was diverted. It continued on its journey once it had refuelled at about 15:30.
