bmi was the most punctual airline last year between London and Edinburgh Airport, the UK's busiest domestic route. According to new figures from the CAA, compiled by Flightontime.info, 75% of bmi's flights between Heathrow and Edinburgh left within 15 minutes of their planned departure time, with an average delay of just over 12 minutes.
Overall, bmi regional was the most punctual scheduled airline in the UK last year, with an average delay of less than 6 minutes and 90% of its flights leaving within 15 minutes of their planned departure time. Eastern Airways was second.
