New stand alone duty free stores opened

Duty-free company WDF has opened 3 new stand alone stores at Edinburgh airport: a Sunglasses store and a dual shop for Estée Lauder-owned beauty brands Mac and Jo Malone.
The new sunglasses boutique offers an extended range compared to the main duty free store, including brands such as Tiffany, D&G, Gucci and Fendi. The Mac / Jo Malone outlet features Jo Malone’s colognes, body lotions, shower gels and home fragrances plus a separate section for Mac’s make-up and accessories, including products designed exclusively for travel-retail.
WDF commercial director Jo O’Connor said: ‘The standalone store is one that we have had great success with. Our customers enjoy the option of a more bespoke environment and the increased focus on a specific product area.’ Edinburgh Airport managing director Kevin Brown added: ‘The response from passengers on the way the new departure lounge is developing is fantastic.’
