Community service for airport thefts cleaner

A cleaner at Edinburgh Airport has been ordered to perform eighty hours of community service after stealing perfume from planes and not handing in gadgets he discovered within the terminal.
Jamie Muir, 21, of Union Street, Lochgelly, pleaded guilty at Edinburgh Sheriff Court to two charges of stealing perfume from Flybe aircraft and to 2 charges of theft by finding. The court heard he made a full admission and a mobile phone and MP3 player have been recovered.
