Office suites for rent

A number of office suites at Edinburgh Airport have been put up for rent, the Scotsman reports. BAA is looking for new tenants for Almond House and Spitfire House, with property firms DTZ and Graham & Sibbald appointed to market the offices.
Peter Fraser, a senior surveyor at DTZ, mentioned: ‘The unique property offering at the airport offers both office and industrial space from 142 square feet up to 3,437sq ft, which makes it appropriate for one-man operations or multi-nationals searching for a presence in this highly accessible location.’
Martin Adil Smith, head of property at Edinburgh Airport, informed the newspaper: ‘The appointment of Graham and Sibbald and DTZ captures the nationwide market. We are proud to work with these established agencies to deliver sustainable growth in Scotland.’
