bmi celebrates 25 years of Heathrow service

bmi has celebrated the 25th anniversary of its service between Edinburgh Airport and Heathrow. The route, which was first established in 1983, provides a link for business and leisure passengers travelling between the two capital cities.
Peter Spancer, bmi managing director, said ‘We are extremely proud that bmi has provided this high quality, consistent service between Scottish capital and London for the past 25 years. This landmark demonstrates how popular this exceptional service is.’
Passengers travelling from Edinburgh Airport on bmi’s route to London joined in with the anniversary celebrations at the airport and on board the aircraft yesterday.
