Flyglobespan reports 97% load factor

Edinburgh-based holiday airline Flyglobespan it had a load factor of over 97 percent last month. This compares with the 86.9 percent load factor at easyJet , 85 percent at Ryanair and 79.6 percent at British Airways.
Scotland's biggest airline, which operates flights from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen airports, has previously seen load factors – a measure of how full flights are on average – of 90 percent in April and May. Founder Tom Dalrymple said he is happy to be outperforming competitors during a difficult year.
