Airport seeks passenger who set off fire alarm

Edinburgh Airport is looking for a female passenger who set off a fire alarm and caused the terminal to be evacuated on Monday (October 4). Ten flights were affected by the evacuation of a section of the airport, with hundreds of people forced to leave the departure lounge, the Evening News reports.
Police were called to the Airport at 14:20 and are looking for the woman believed to have set off the alarm. A spokesman told the newspaper: ‘An investigation is under way in order to trace the person responsible for triggering this false alarm.’
